Our work

Add-on customisation

How we developed customisations to an existing open-source Statamic add-on, allowing sites using the popular Alt Sitemap add-on to add arbitrary paths to the sitemap to support custom routes.

Shopify Inventory Toggling

How we built a Shopify integration to modify inventory rules, and automate stock ingestion to allow a store to expand their store offerings beyond just their in-house stock holding.

Geo-blogging app

We've recently launches on a new hill-blogging service (MyHillBlog), developed with the Laravel framework, and designed to let people blog their hill-walking / mountain climbing.

Laravel mobile API development

We worked with a mobile app development team, adding a boost to their in-house development capacity working on adding new features to their fun geolocation-based game. The team already had a strong foundation in place with an existing API in place, an app launched to market, and a roadmap of future features.

Development audit

We worked with the Make Do agency technical team to undertake an external technical review of a recent project the team had worked on for a large industry client. We reviewed the whole project, looking at general setup, usage and configuration of public WordPress plugins, and also a code review of the custom theme, and plugin code used in the project.

Laravel web application

We undertook a project with a client to revamp a legacy internal tool that manages a queue of inbound enquiries. The revised Laravel system carries out analysis and pre-processing of enquiries before distributing them out to individual staff to be actioned.

WooCommerce payment gateway development

The requirement was to integrate WooCommerce with a payment gateway that didn't have an existing plugin available. We worked to validate the provider's API documentation, build & test the gateway implementation, and then transition the gateway into production.

WooCommerce plugin customisation

The client needed a specific product image passing through in the feed to Google, and didn't want the standard store image to be sent. We implemented changes to the Google Product Feed plugin to make the image style be filterable. These changes were rolled into the standard release.
